Desde o mês de janeiro as normas para construção dos sistemas preventivos de incêndio seguem orientação do Bombeiro Militar de Santa Catarina. Nesta quarta-feira, 3, o diretor de atividades técnicas da instituição, Gladimir Murer, reuniu engenheiros e arquitetos da região para explicar as novas exigências.
As mudanças incluídas em uma instrução normativa são para todos os tipos de edificação, tendo como exceção as construções unifamiliares. “A canalização de tubulações de gás para novas construções são um dos itens com alterações, mas também há especificidades para edificações já existentes”, explicou o coronel Murer.
Participaram da reunião na Agência de Desenvolvimento Regional (ADR) engenheiros e arquitetos de órgãos públicos, do Conselho Regional de Engenharia (Crea) e do Centro de Engenheiros e Arquitetos de Joinville (Ceaj). “A mudança trás restrições quanto ao uso de alguns materiais nas tubulações, mas penso que é com intuito de melhorar a segurança”, avalia o engenheiro civil Emerson Pagani.

Military firefighters have new rules for preventive fire systems
Since the month of January the standards for construction of preventive fire systems follow guidance Fireman Military Santa Catarina. Wednesday, 3, the director of technical activities of the institution, Gladimir Murer brought together engineers and architects in the region to explain the new requirements.
The changes included in a normative instruction are for all types of buildings, with the exception of single-family buildings. "The channeling of gas pipes for new buildings are one of the items with changes, but there are also specific to existing buildings," explained Colonel Murer.
The meeting at the Regional Development Agency (ADR) engineers and architects of public bodies, the Regional Council of Engineering (CREA) and the Engineering Center and Joinville Architects (AJSC). "The change back restrictions on the use of some materials in the pipes, but I think it is aiming to improve safety," says civil engineer Emerson Pagani.
