As escolas estaduais tem que ter duas coordenadoras, uma Pedagógica e outra de turno, mas ambas capacitadas a atender os alunos e pais de alunos, mas isso não acontece em Barra Velha.
Essa SEGURANÇA das crianças tem que ser garantia oferecida pelo Estado.
Pedimos providência, e ainda, durante o tempo de permanência das mães e avós, as adolescentes deixavam materiais escolares dentro da escola e saiam em grupos para o lado de fora, uma menina de 11 anos com a coleguinha, munida de mochila ao sair encontrou o pai ainda dentro do carro, então disfarçou e sentou com a colega para disfarçar.
Ao lado da escola tem um bar de pessoas idôneas e bons cidadãos, mas infelizmente eles não podem impedir que pessoas de todas as regiões frequentem o estabelecimento, neste horário, encontramos homens bebendo e pessoas que estão passando, muitas nem são daqui, eu quero chamar atenção sobre a questão e abrir para a questão de RESPONSABILIDADE POR OMISSÃO A POSSÍVEIS FUTURAS OCORRÊNCIAS, por uma questão de maior "probabilidade", outros dois bares, um em frente à escola, e outro à esquerda do prédio, todos vendem bebidas alcoolicas, portanto, a Segurança Pública não é obrigação dos proprietários dos bares e lanchonetes mas do Poder Público, e a questão está envolvendo ESCOLA PÚBLICA ESTADUAL E NÃO MUNICIPAL.
EXISTEM DUAS SOLUÇÕES:

1 - CONTRATAÇÃO IMEDIATA DE GUARDA OU PORTEIRO, preferência para uso de uniforme ou farda facilitando identificação;
2 - CONCURSO PÚBLICO PARA COBRIR DÉFICITS EM TODAS AS ÁREAS ESTADUAIS DO MUNICÍPIO, mesmo assim, é necessário via contrato que seja feito um vínculo para assegurar as crianças ao entrar e sair da escola.
