Then as we talked, we stopped to hear sounds coming from the cemetery as if breaking something solid, stone, and also noise of earth, stones, being removed with shovel, and child of sound being interrupted when he was talking. The PM went but down the street, did not stop and neither investigated the situation.
Today, I went to check the cemetery and saw me at the entrance, with a range over DENGUE, warning, totally contradicted by the state cemetery.
There, in such a state, reigns democracy, there is no difference of caste, creed, race, dirt around the physical space of the cemetery is larmante, champagne bottle, beer can, underwear, shirt, and a dump fetid, "I think this is rubbish", entering on the left end of the corridor, between the wall and a tomb, chapel and down the hall, entering the center of the cemetery, turning left, very odor of urine.

The cemetery needs a guard, and armed, and three employees for maintenance, even in times of works.
It has many tombs, buildings in chapels, clean and well maintained, others forgotten, but the physical space has to be careful.
I suggest to the people over there who have relatives and family members who organize and carry out a campaign or make a collection and pay for clean up and organize the entire cemetery. And people who have the habit of urinating or defecating "outdoors, in public," are denounced and account for lewdness and indecent exposure.

hoje - today - 15/02/2016 - IN BARRA VELHA - SC

Ontem, em Barra Velha, recebemos visitas em nossa casa, dois jovens, filhos de amigos.
E houve uma ocorrência estranha na porta do cemitério no qual um homem moreno estava com duas crianças tentando entrar às 22h45, uma das crianças chorava muito e o choro era possível de se ouvir da esquina do cemitério do Centro da cidade.Uma das crianças era morena, e tinha na faixa de três aninhos, um menino, a outra era loura e clara, vestia short e camiseta, na faixa etária de 4/5 anos.
Foi possível, após esse fato, porque posteriormente, não foram mais vistos naquele local, mas as marcas das pisadas ficaram registradas na areia que está depositada no local.
Depois, enquanto conversávamos, interrompemos para ouvir sons que vinham do cemitério como que quebrando algo sólido, pedra, e ainda, barulho de terra, pedras, sendo removida com pá, e som de criança sendo interrompida quando estava falando. Não vou citar todas as interrupções, mas foram suficientes para que nos tornássemos expectadores dos próximos ruídos. Fomos até esquina várias vezes e permanecemos com a porta aberta.
A PM passou mas na rua de baixo, não parou e nem investigou tal situação.
Hoje, fui verificar o cemitério e me deparei, na entrada, com uma faixa sobre a DENGUE, advertindo, totalmente contraditada pelo estado do cemitério.
Ali, em tal estado, reina a democracia, não existe diferença de classe social, credo, raça, a sujeira em todo o espaço físico do cemitério é alarmante, garrafa de champagne, lata de cerveja, cueca, camiseta, e um lixo fétido, "acho que se trata de lixo", ao entrar, à esquerda, final do corredor, entre o muro e um túmulo, capelinha, e no final do corredor, entrando pelo centro do cemitério, virando esquerda, muito odor de urina.
AVISO AOS RESPONSÁVEIS PELA SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA: espaços abertos são um risco, estupradores e marginais se beneficiam deste tipo de lugares.
O cemitério está abandonado e a mercê de fatos que comprometem a segurança pública.
E além do que, observei os urubus em bando sobrevoando, por muito tempo.
O que significa?
Que tem carne em decomposição naquele perímetro.
Alguém está entrando e desenterrando cadáveres?
Alguém praticou um crime e escondeu o corpo?
Para nós não é tão perceptível como para as aves de rapina que se alimentam de carnes em decomposição.
E mais, o odor do lixo acoberta outros odores que poderiam identificar práticas de vilipêndios,necrofilia, ou estupros seguidos de morte.
Não estou lançando acusações, sei que tudo é possível, e é incomum um cidadão estar levando duas crianças, menores e impúberes, às 23h00 para dentro do cemitério, e ainda, forçando a entrada, e depois todos os barulhos que escutamos. Falta de juízo para um adulto e responsabilidade.
O cemitério precisa de um vigia, e armado, além de três funcionários para manutenção, mesmo em tempo de obras.
Tem muitos túmulos, construções em capelinhas, limpos e bem cuidados, outros, esquecidos, mas o espaço físico tem que ser cuidado.
Sugiro à população que tem sepultados parentes e familiares poderiam se organizar e realizar um mutirão ou fazer uma coleta e pagar para que limpem e organizem todo o cemitério. E pessoas que tem o hábito de urinar ou defecar "ao ar livre, em público", sejam denunciadas e respondam por libidinagem e atentado ao pudor.
Fica aí uma dica, a bem da cidade de Barra Velha.
