Primeira parcela do FPM de abril demonstra que municípios continuam perdendo recursos em relação a 2015

A primeira parcela do Fundo de Participação dos Municípios – FPM de abril entra na conta das prefeituras nesta sexta-feira (08). O valor total do repasse chega a R$ 122.243.827,16, queda nominal de 4,81% em relação a primeira parcela de abril de 2015 que chegou a R$ 128.421.691,56. Segundo cálculos da Federação Catarinense de Municípios – FECAM, a retração chega a 13,74% se for considerada a inflação do período (IPCA – 10,36%).

A situação não muda quando leva-se em consideração os recursos repassados desde o início de 2016. O montante recebido no acumulado do ano é de R$ 956.114.511,67, valor 4,88% menor do que no mesmo período de 2015, isso sem considerar a inflação. Na análise do acumulado do ano com a inflação do período, há uma queda real de 13,81%, ou seja, até a primeira parcela do FPM de abril de 2016, os municípios catarinenses já deixaram de receber mais de R$ 153 bilhões.

First installment of April FPM shows that municipalities continue losing to 2015 relative resources

The first installment of the Municipalities Participation Fund - April FPM enters the account of the prefectures on Friday (08). The total transfer amount reaches R $ 122,243,827.16, nominal decrease of 4.81% over the first part of April 2015, which reached R $ 128,421,691.56. According to calculations of the Catarinense Federation of Municipalities - FECAM, the reduction reaches 13.74% if considered for inflation (IPCA - 10.36%).

The situation does not change when it takes into account the funds transferred from the beginning of 2016. The amount received in the year to R $ 956,114,511.67, 4.88% lower than the same period of 2015 this without considering inflation.
