Vale do Itapocu tem 62% das propriedades rurais cadastradas no CAR
O período para inscrição termina no dia 05 de maio
O período para inscrição de propriedades rurais no Sistema de Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) termina no dia 05 de maio de 2016.
O registro no Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR), criado pelo Código Florestal (Lei nº 12.651/2012), é obrigatório para todos os imóveis rurais do país. No sistema, os proprietários devem declarar as informações ambientais de suas propriedades rurais.
Segundo dados da Secretaria de Estado do Desenvolvimento Econômico Sustentável (SDS-SC), cerca de 6.892 das propriedades rurais do Vale do Itapocu já foram cadastradas no sistema, equivalente a 62%, índice este maior que a média Estadual, que é de 53%.
Massaranduba é o município com maior número de propriedades cadastradas, cerca de 74% e Jaraguá do Sul a menor, com apenas 52% de suas propriedades cadastradas até Janeiro de 2016. Algumas Secretarias de Agricultura dos municípios da AMVALI estão auxiliando os proprietários no cadastramento gratuitamente, para propriedades com até 4 módulos fiscais (48 hectares).
O CAR que tem por finalidade integrar as informações ambientais referentes à situação das Áreas de Preservação Permanente (APP), das áreas de Reserva Legal, das florestas e dos remanescentes de vegetação nativa, das Áreas de Uso Restrito e das áreas consolidadas das propriedades e posses rurais do país. As principais vantagens do cadastramento é regularizar ambientalmente a propriedade, acessar o crédito agrícola e comercializar Cotas de Reserva Ambiental;
Capacitações
A Amvali juntamente com a EPAGRI e a ADR de Jaraguá do Sul realizaram em 2015 capacitações sobre CAR, em que eram apresentados os aspectos legais do novo código florestal e o treinamento no módulo de cadastramento do SiCAR. Foram capacitadas 70 pessoas da região, entre eles técnicos municipais, representantes de instituições e empresas.

Itapocu Valley has 62% of rural properties registered in CAR
The period for registration ends on May 5
The period for registration of farms in the Rural Environmental Registry System (CAR) ends on May 5, 2016.
Enrollment in the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR), created by the Forest Code (Law No. 12,651 / 2012), it is mandatory for all rural properties in the country. In the system, the owners must declare the environmental information from their farms.

The Amvali with EPAGRI and ADR Jaragua do Sul performed in 2015 training on CAR, where they were presented the legal aspects of the new forest code and training in Sychar of the registration module.
