A prova avaliativa é direcionada à área da saúde.
Mas, o CONCURSO é direcionado às candidatas a ocupar o cargo de ACS (Agente Comunitário de Saúde), portanto, a linguagem deve ser coordenada para função em certame.
O ponto básico da comunicação e uma assertiva elaboração de provas consiste dentre
outros meios, em se comunicar na mesma linguagem aos candidatos que pleiteiam o
mesmo cargo – SAÚDE – ACS – Nível Fundamental.
Em uma visita, a ACS solicita cartão de saúde para que os menores não vacinados ou em atraso com suas vacinas possam estar em dias e sem incorrer riscos.
A palavra administrar, portanto, se enquadra como coordenar, organizar, em termos de acompanhamento, organização e até mesmo coordenar aquela determinada responsabilidade a bem da família. direcionar à sala de vacinação e todos os procedimentos dentro de suas funções.
O ACS pode aplicar medicações injetáveis ou vacinações injetáveis?
Sim, desde que capacitado dentro dos cursos que são oferecidos pela Unidade.
Mas, até então, recorro para entendimento da palavra “administrando” como sendo da interpretação de “orientando, ajudando, direcionando”, pela função que lhe é atribuída.

A Administração é uma ciência social aplicada responsável pelo planejamento, organização, direção e controle dos recursos (humanos, financeiros, materiais, entre outros) de uma organização. Theo Haimann, autor de diversos livros sobre o assunto, refere-se à tarefa administrativa como a atividade responsável pela determinação de políticas gerais com vistas ao estabelecimento de projetos a fim de que objetivos sejam alcançados.
De acordo com Idalberto Chiavenato, a palavra Administração é oriunda do Latim onde ad denota direção/tendência para, e minister significa subordinação/obediência. Ainda com referência ao autor através de sua visão pós-moderna, administrar significa “criar condições ideais de solidariedade para que as pessoas possam se ajudar mutuamente e gerar valor e riqueza de modo eficiente e eficaz”.

Vejamos o que deve ou não fazer o ACS:
As funções do Agente Comunitário de Saúde
O ACS deve acompanhar o crescimento e desenvolvimento da criança, orientar sobre campanhas de vacinação, sobre o uso das medicações e ver se as pessoas estão se medicando de forma correta, sobre o esquema vacinal dos adultos e idosos, sobre exames preventivos de mama e pré-câncer da mulher, orientar frente a exames clínicos de rotina, saúde bucal, doenças crônicas – diabetes, hipertensão e hábitos alimentares saudáveis – promover ações de educação para a saúde individual e coletiva, orientar sobre o funcionamento e rotina da Unidade de Saúde.
O que não cabe a Agente Comunitário de Saúde

Recorro na questão de nº 20 de qualquer outra alternativa como sendo a correta senão a alternativa da letra C) Colocar o cartão de vacinas em dia, administrando as vacinas em atraso, e a palavra “administrando” dentro do contexto não somente etimológico, mas direcionado ao fim e público ao qual se destina, ACS.
Alego, ainda que, em caso específico, administração de vacinas não consiste somente em administrações injetáveis, existem as vacinas aplicadas via oral, não sendo proibida tal execução pelo ACS.
A resposta B não está errada, mas atenções dadas ao cartão de vacinação foi prioritário dentre as atribuições do ACS dentre outras ações desenvolvidas, enquanto que, a partir de pouco tempo, se priorizou a visita tendo como especificidade o recém-nascido e a puérpera, inclusive, e, 2013, posso citar, Projetos form elaborados a visita e atenção ao recém-nascido e puérpera mediante “protocolo”, como algo “inovador”: Relatório técnico-científico apresentado para concorrer ao I Prêmio Inova BH, conforme Edital SMARH nº 01/2013, na categoria servidor.
De acordo com a Política Nacional de Atenção Básica a visita domiciliar é uma atividade comum a todos os membros da equipe de saúde da família, e para os ACS é uma atribuição específica e obrigatória, cujas atividades devem englobar:
E ainda, a questão B foi específica, em relação a “visita ao recém-nascido e puerpéria”, mas esse tempo determinado como sendo do 5º ao 10º dia, os procedimentos específicos são para médico e enfermagem, esses dois profissionais são vitais nas ações a serem desenvolvidas, em tempo específico, puerpério, comprovo:

A visita domiciliar (VD) é um importante instrumento para o processo de educação em saúde (SOSSAI; PINTO, 2010). Nestas visitas a enfermeira procura levantar todo o histórico da puérpera e do RN, bem como levar informações importantes sobre os cuidados com o RN, a higiene pessoal e com o bebê, seguindo um esquema. Predeterminado, em que é preenchido um formulário sobre os dados levantados durante as visitas permitindo que não se omita qualquer dado que necessite ser levantado (Apêndice A). Procura conscientizar a puérpera sobre a importância do aleitamento materno exclusivo. As ações detalhadas da enfermagem na primeira visita domiciliar, segundo orientações do Ministério da Saúde (BRASIL, 2005) estão relacionadas no Apêndice A2.”

Candidato: 298848 ALEGAÇÃO: Candidato alega que alternativa C apresentada em termos de interpretação no nível fundamental pode ser realizado pelo ACS, mas a alternativa B não, que este deve ser realizado pelo médico e enfermeiro de forma precoce, de 5 a 10 dias após nascimento. INDEFERIDO: Banca avalia recurso e questão, mantendo-a, a alternativa C é clara “Colocar o cartão de vacinas em dia, administrando as vacinas em atraso”, o ato de administrar vacinas não esta no âmbito de planejamento, e sim de aplicação. Únicos profissionais que podem administrar vacinas são técnicos de enfermagem após curso de vacinação, enfermeiros e médicos. Não sendo uma atribuição do ACS. Em hipótese alguma me detive fundamentalmente em nível escolar, mas sim de direcionamento profissional, AGENTES COMUNITÁRIAS DE SAÚDE.
Sabe-se que letras B e C são atribuições dos Agentes Comunitários, mas sabe-se também que o estágio puerperal em "ações a serem desenvolvidas"
são incumbências médicas e da enfermagem porque "puerpério" envolve do 5º ao 10º dia nos quais as ações são específicas a esses profissionais.
Cabíveis ações às Agentes de Saúde, mas dentro do acompanhamento que lhe é facultado em relação ao cargo que executa.
LETRA C - durante todas as visitas familiares a Agente de Saúde solicita o cartão de vacinação e "administra sim as vacinas atrasadas", "orienta às

CONCLUSÃO
Conforme os achados do presente estudo, verifica-se que o ACS possui diversas
competências relacionadas com a prevenção de agravos e promoção da saúde da população
adscrita. No que condiz à avaliação da cobertura vacinal esta é uma ação primordial para a
continuidade dos princípios preconizados pelo Programa Nacional de Imunizações, sendo o
ACS o ator que participa na linha de frente para sua efetivação.
Assim, capacitar o ACS para tal atividade é algo de extrema relevância, uma vez que
permite ao profissional adquirir maior conhecimento, habilidades e atitudes, possuindo dessa
forma, melhor desempenho profissional, bem como ofertando ao usuário uma assistência de
melhor qualidade.

As the findings of this study, it appears that the ACS has several

enrolled. With consistent evaluation of vaccination coverage this is a primary action for
